Chris Bloomer - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bloomer has over 30 years of experience in the domestic and international energy business. Before joining Connacher, he served as an executive with Petrobank Energy and Resources for 10 years, providing leadership throughout Petrobank's corporate evolution. At Petrobank, he held the roles of Vice President Heavy Oil, Chief Financial Officer, and most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Director. Mr. Bloomer began his career at Shell Canada and moved with increasing responsibility through exploration, production, finance, oil sands development and ultimately was Director- Liquids Business, responsible for the crude oil and NGL marketing business and its facilities. Subsequently he was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Castle Energy, a NASDAQ listed company, responsible for its Canadian crude oil marketing business and its US exploration and production operations, as well as its Texas pipeline operations. Following his role at Castle, Mr. Bloomer was President and Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Talon International, a TSX-V listed company, operating primarily in Latin America. Mr. Bloomer has served on the boards of several Canadian public energy companies and is a member of the Alberta Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists (APEGA).

D. Hugh Bessell

D. Hugh Bessell

Mr. Bessell is a retired Deputy Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of KPMG LLP. Mr. Bessell spent a total of 33 years with KPMG LLP and its predecessor firms and was Managing Partner of the firm's Calgary office immediately prior to assuming the role of Deputy Chairman in 1993. Mr. Bessell was a member of the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta and served as its President for a period of time.

Mr. Bessell received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta. Mr. Bessell is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of Chartered Accountants (FCA) of both the Alberta and Ontario Institutes of Chartered Accountants.

Gregory A. Boland

Mr. Boland has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of West Face Capital, Inc, a Toronto-based investment manager, since its inception in 2006. Mr. Boland focuses on value and distressed investing and has been actively involved in the restructuring of a number of portfolio companies. Prior to founding West Face Capital, Mr. Boland managed portfolios for Enterprise Capital Management in Toronto beginning in 1998. Prior to joining Enterprise Capital, Mr Boland was Vice President and Partner in proprietary investments at RBC Dominion Capital.

Mr. Boland has a Bachelor's degree in finance and a computer science background from the University of British Columbia. He is a Leslie Wong Fellow with the UBC Portfolio Management Foundation.

Colin M. Evans

Colin M. Evans

Mr. Evans holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Alberta and has had an extensive business career in most facets of the oil and gas industry since the mid 1960's. He has worked in positions of increasing responsibility with both large and small private and public companies. He has also worked in the Canadian securities industry and more recently has advised a variety of oil companies on both operational and financial matters. Mr. Evans is currently the President of Evans & Co. Inc., a private consulting corporation providing financial and operating advisory services to oil and gas corporations, a position he has held since 1990.

Mr. Evans was appointed co-Managing Director of Connacher in January 2012.

Jennifer K. Kennedy

Jennifer K. Kennedy

Ms. Kennedy has been a Partner of Norton Rose Canada LLP (formerly MacLeod Dixon LLP) since 2000. Prior thereto, Ms. Kennedy was an associate with Macleod Dixon LLP. Ms. Kennedy has been practicing for over 15 years and specializes in the corporate and commercial area of law, specifically in securities law and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Kennedy was the Corporate Secretary of the Corporation and holds similar positions with a number of other public and private corporations, primarily in the oil and gas industry.

Ms. Kennedy received a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in finance from the University of Calgary and Bachelor of Laws degree with distinction from the University of Alberta. Ms. Kennedy is a member of the Law Society of Alberta.

 Garry Mihaichuk

Garry Mihaichuk

Mr. Mihaichuk is a currently the President of GWM Resources Ltd., a role he has held since 2009. Prior to this position, Mr. Mihaichuk was the President and CEO of Toromont Energy Systems from 2007 to 2009 and a Vice President at Husky Energy Inc. in Calgary, Alberta from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Mihaichuk has over 35 years of experience building and developing global businesses in energy, petrochemicals and infrastructure.

Mr. Mihaichuk holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University. He has also completed post-graduate studies at the University of Calgary, Harvard Business School and Michigan University.

Kelly J. Ogle

Kelly J. Ogle

Mr. Ogle is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Trafina Energy Ltd. since October 2008. From August 2007 to August 2008, Mr. Ogle was President and Chief Executive Officer of Upper Lake Oil and Gas Ltd., a TSX listed oil and gas exploration and development company. Prior thereto, Mr. Ogle was President of Diamond Tree Energy Ltd., a TSX listed oil and gas company, and Diamond Tree Resources Ltd., a private oil and gas company from October, 2004 until October 12, 2007. Prior thereto, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ranchgate Energy Inc., then a TSX listed oil and gas company, from January 2003 to August 2004.

Mr. Ogle received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saskatchewan. He was appointed co-Managing Director of Connacher in January 2012.

W. C. (Mike) Seth

Mr. Seth is President of Seth Consultants Ltd., a private consulting firm. Mr. Seth was the Chairman of McDaniel & Associates Consultants Ltd., one of the pre-eminent oil and natural gas reserves evaluators in Canada and internationally, and prior thereto, President and Managing Director of McDaniel & Associates Consultants Ltd. Mr. Seth has in excess of 38 years of experience in the evaluation of oil and natural gas reserves and resources.

Mr. Seth holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of British Columbia and is a Professional Engineer (P Eng). Mr. Seth was a member of the Council of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA).
