Chris Bloomer - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bloomer has over 30 years of experience in the domestic and international energy business. Before joining Connacher, he served as an executive with Petrobank Energy and Resources for 10 years, providing leadership throughout Petrobank's corporate evolution. At Petrobank, he held the roles of Vice President Heavy Oil, Chief Financial Officer, and most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Director. Mr. Bloomer began his career at Shell Canada and moved with increasing responsibility through exploration, production, finance, oil sands development and ultimately was Director- Liquids Business, responsible for the crude oil and NGL marketing business and its facilities. Subsequently he was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Castle Energy, a NASDAQ listed company, responsible for its Canadian crude oil marketing business and its US exploration and production operations, as well as its Texas pipeline operations. Following his role at Castle, Mr. Bloomer was President and Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Talon International, a TSX-V listed company, operating primarily in Latin America. Mr. Bloomer has served on the boards of several Canadian public energy companies and is a member of the Alberta Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists (APEGA).

Greg Pollard - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Pollard was appointed Chief Financial Officer in July 2012. Mr. Pollard has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting from the University of Alberta and has over 30 years of experience in the energy sector. His expertise is in transaction advisory services, particularly for complicated transactions with cross-border or regulatory issues that require coordination of resources from a variety of functional areas. His previous experience includes eight years in the area of global account leadership, working with many large energy clients with Ernst & Young. Prior to that role, he held a leadership role at Deloitte & Touche in a number of different service lines over an eleven year period, including responsibility for the transaction support and merger/acquisition practices.

Merle D. Johnson - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Johnson has been with Connacher since June 2007 during the construction of Connacher's first steam assisted gravity drainage bitumen facilities and related wells at Great Divide. Mr. Johnson graduated as an Engineer with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Calgary. Mr. Johnson is a Professional Engineer with extensive oil sands and heavy oil experience. With the focus of Connacher's business solely on the development, production and sale of bitumen, he is responsible for all aspects of the Company's operations including project management, production, facilities and drilling.

Jesse J. Beaudry - Vice President, Marketing and Transportation Logistics

Mr. Beaudry is responsible for Connacher's overall marketing, supply and transportation business including the support and development of new growth opportunities. Previously, Mr. Beaudry was Vice President, Sustainability and Technical Services for Connacher where he lead the Sustainability business plan including integration of the company's Health, Safety and Environment strategy as well as Information Technology, Communications, Stakeholder Management, Surface and Mineral Land, Negotiations and Contracts. He received his Master of Business Administration through the University of Calgary in May, 2012. He also received his environmental degree from Laurentian University and his chemical and electronics diplomas from Cambrian College. He brings over 17 years of oil and gas experience to Connacher.
